Shabalala has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding professional career. As Deputy Director of the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, as well as throughout his brilliant career, Vuso has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development is the justice ministry of the South African government. The department provides administrative and financial support to the court system and the judiciary, oversees the National Prosecuting Authority, provides legal advice and representation to organs of state, and facilitates law reform.

Mr. Shabalala possesses extensive expertise in operations management, information technology, finance, and human resource development. During his collegiate career, he earned a Post-Graduate degree in Business Management from the University of South Africa.
